The staff were friendly, and I especially want to mention Orokhan—he was very helpful and made things easy for me. His English is excellent, which made communication smooth and stress-free. "My husband and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Türkiye so far and had complained to my husband that I felt like there were no good hotels to be found. Until we stumbled across this gem. From check in, with a very friendly and kind young lady, to our room which was very comfortable, to the cleaning crew who smiled and were extra helpful, to the delightful breakfast spread with real honeycomb! every part of our trip was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean, the mattresses were brand new, the bedding luxurious, and the mini fridge was clean. Breakfast included a spread of pastries, greens, cheeses, salad veggies, hot items, and even soup! Of course there was tea and juice too. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it."

"The hotel's proximity to the mall was excellent. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety for guests. The only drawback was hot water issue. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would book it again."
Comfort Suite Hotel
"When we went to the Comfort Suite hotel, they told us that since we made our reservation late, they did not have any available rooms and that we would stay at a different hotel. We were taken to the Pars Palace hotel. The room was large enough, it was clean, and we liked the breakfast very much. Vana is the hotel we will choose when we come back."
