I stayed at this hotel with my friends. Pros - in the center of Venice, breakfast is available, the waitresses from Ukraine are very nice and warm, they brought the food quickly and smiled! The cleaning lady cleaned the room perfectly, changed the towels. Cons - the man at the reception was rude, yelled at us, maybe he is not all right in the head. I would advise firing him, his name was Diego!!! The other guy, an African American, was great, smiled and was friendly. He tried to smooth over the situation that happened with this Diego. But this Diego spoke badly about my country Ukraine, it was extremely unpleasant and left a bad taste in my mouth, I even thought about leaving the hotel. A terrible person!

From the first minutes we were met by a man at the reception named Diego. He was very rough. This person has no idea how to communicate with hotel guests. The hotel manager should definitely pay attention to this and take some measures in relation to him. When a problem arose, he raised his voice from the first seconds, behaved extremely disgustingly, was rude, although we simply did not know that when entering a room with friends, you need to leave your passport. When I asked where the sign about this was, he simply replied that everyone already knew about this rule. This man from the first minutes in Venice spoiled our entire holiday. I wish him to learn to speak politely and stop yelling at customers. The only good thing about this hotel is a couple of women from Ukraine who work in the kitchen.
