The place is very very convenient, right next to the ferry station and therefore you don’t need to carry your luggage walk in the old town - which is very tiring and embarrassing.
The ferry takes less than 20mins from the bus and train station, it’s very easy to travel to the airport - less than 1 hour.
It’s also very close to major attraction points of the city, very walkable.
The room is clean and nice, very classic Italian decoration. The building is also very unique - the staff told us the building has over 500 years history.
Recommended to everyone who wants to stay in the old town!

This property was centrally located right at the Rialto Bridge and convenient that everything. Property was maintained well, except that our shower leaked underneath the shower door. Everything else was great!

What a wonderful place. From the location right at the Rialto bridge to the incredibly wonderful staff, this place hits the mark! We stayed in the residence which was absolutely lovely! The rooms were nice sized and the shower is wonderful. The staff really goes above and beyond. Alid was absolutely delightful!

Nice hotel. Obviously the hotel exterior has character and looks old and all that, but the room and bathroom were clean, updated, but still had the old-school charm. Location is perfect, within steps of the Rialto bridge which makes things easier if you're hauling luggage and kids. Boat ferry stops are right outside as well as docks for boat taxis. You can get to restaurants, markets, shops, etc. on a short walk. I would consider staying here again.
