Everything is very good. Top class location, 24/7 reception. Very lively place. Big reception area, shared kitchen, kids play area.
I just loved it.
The only thing to note is: it's a hostel so lots of Young kids. Hence lots of noise as well but I loved it.

Great location, need a refresh, very dated and tired looking decorations. Told front desk my air fin was not working , they were to send someone but no one came, extractor fan in bath room not working. They don’t seem to have checks in place to improve their customer stay experience , rather a reactive approach to fixing things. Cleaners could easily check facilities and report and malfunctions as customers don’t always provide feedback.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in a great location to easily travel into Venice on the tram. After seeing tourists with hotels in the centre of Venice dragging bags up and drown steps over canal bridges - this location was much better !!!! The hotel and the rooms are dated but very clean and our air con worked. Hair dryers are provided. There are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. The receptionists were all very helpful and you can buy tickets for all public transport from them. Breakfast was 8 euros each and was basic but perfectly adequate and value for money. Travel to Venice takes about 10-15 minutes on the tram - the stop is called Musetta and the tram is number 1. Tickets are 3 euros return . Travelling from the airport was confusing initially- go through the arrivals hall then through the exit and there is a desk where you can buy a return bus ticket ( 15 euros) to the hotel. The bus ( number 15) stops 10 metres down the road from the hotel. The stop to get on the bus is just outside the airport exit doors. There are ticket machines inside the terminal but these were confusing so would suggest the help desk as above. You can buy a ticket for any public transport for 24 hours ( including the vaporetta to the islands) for 25 euros from the hotel reception- great value ! Take insect repellent… A great stay and would recommend anyone using this hotel .

I stayed at the NH Laguna last night after working a long flight from Canada. The beds were comfortable and it was very easy to access Venice by metro. I just had to recognize Teresa at the breakfast restaurant who made my day before working the flight home. She was so kind and friendly with a genuine smile and served me with such pleasure that I can tell tell that she genuinely loves her job and interacting with people and making their stay special. She pit me kn a great mood to work get flight home and reminded me to always greet my passengers with a smile.

Very neat and friendly environment. Amazing staff ready for guest's enquiries. My earlier perception of how the hostel would look completely vanished. Very comfortable beds. Good discipline among the guests. However, renting Towels at €5 seemed ridiculous to me. And also, Duvet covers should be provided instead of the additional bed sheet given. Nevertheless, I enjoyed staying and hope to return when visiting Italy again.

I travelled for business and had a great short stay at this hotel. I was hesitant to book here at first because of the reviews being more negative, but I'm so glad I decided to book. It is only 10-20 minutes away from Venice by bus depending on the traffic, but the value for money is much better than most hotels in Venice. The rooms were clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a desk in the room which was very useful. I also had a flight back home in the evening so a late check-out was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

Decent hotels and stayed a few times, however this current time, they gave the wrong bed. I had requested a king size bed, but they just gave two single beds :(
The walls had marks on them which had indicated that the cleaning of the room was not to the best of standards.
There was also a bulb missing from the lamp.

4.3/5
Excellent
FFelixThe accommodations are beautiful. Generally speaking, the whole hotel is beautiful and the staff and the service is very forthcoming. 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the breakfast. The waiting time is just way too long. We were waiting for approximately an hour and haven’t even gotten something to drink, while others were waiting for an hour to get bread (we left after 50min without getting something to drink). Would recommend the hotel but not its breakfast, unless you have a lot of time to spare.
CCandiceThe location is super conveninet as it is just near to the main train station.
You dont have to drag your luggage or use the water taxi to check in your hotel.
Downside is the 1st room was assigned to us is so smelly untill we couldnt take it and call to change another room instead.
Luckily the customer officer on duty, he came to our room and take a look and agreed to change us to another room which was actually at the other building.
We really appreciate that and he did apologized for what we encounter and give us a complimentary 2 glasses of wine.
yet, so much time wasted on check in and check out process, and the hotel has got so much stair, even it bring you to the exact floor but there is still up and down stairs which you have to suffer to carry your heavy luggage in order to check in to your room. I guess thats how most of the European hotel being structured and designed but its so much hassle if u have a heavy luggage to travel around Europe.
The 2nd room is bigger yet hot water dint work properly for the 1st night, i was shower in shirvering, and thats probably how i catch my flu!
The kettle in the room after we boiled the water, there is a layer of Wax appear on the water surface, which I dont know why and it looks dirty to me.. hence I have asked to change the kettle too, and luckily they bring us a new one which fix the issue.
Overall, if you are only loooking for the convenient and doesnt mind so much on the size of the room and comfortability, you can still go ahead with this hotel.
HHave to travelAlomost perfect but “Check in Guide”
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.
Hope our information can help you~
GGuest UserHad a 2 night stay booked in the Hilton Stucky, in a Club room, Venice. Arrived at 11am as we just came off a cruise. Unable to check in till 3pm which was unfortunate. Got access to the executive lounge and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, looks like a corridor off the main lounge, as there was no solid divider the noise was too much, have used Hilton brand around the world and as a past Diamond member, was left disappointed with this one. After checking in at 3pm we went to the room, 3rd floor, take something to leave a trail as there are many corridors to navigate to get to the room. The suit was large and tidy, but overall it looked dated & tiered Plenty storage Bathroom was large with Bath & shower, problems with them draining. Also a lot of mould in shower Not that I watch a lot of Tv, but only 3 English channels, 2 news programs Take plenty of bug spray, as lots of bugs in the hotel and they bite a lot Good shuttle into St Marks, every 30mins, only takes 39 pax at a time, so beware at busy times. Never ate in the hotel, so cannot comment. Sky bar gives excellent views over Venice and bar staff very friendly. Does get busy
GGuest UserIt was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a strip of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.
GGuest UserWhen we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there
GGuest UserWe were very worried about staying in this hotel after reading some of the reviews but we had a good experience when we arrived. The hotel is only two stops on the water bus from the airport and was very easy to get to. In the local area there are lots of good bars and restaurants. We especially enjoyed al parlamento which is just across from the hotel - lovely pizza and cocktails! In the hotel we found a hot shower, clean towels everyday and working air-con. The decor is very dated and could do with an update but this is a budget hotel. The breakfast is very basic and we only ate it 2 out of the 4 days we stayed. If you are looking for a large meal to set you up for the day you will be disappointed but if you need a quick coffee then it’s fine. As it was a city break we only really used the hotel for sleeping at night and it is fine for this. If you intend to spend more of the day there then perhaps pay extra for a more expensive hotel. Overall I think you get what you pay for in this hotel.
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting San Marco and all of the main attractions in Venice. Breakfast was very simple, but was a nice addition and the server was very friendly. Absolutely amazing value for money.
AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
