"Avoid! Hotel that announces a rate directly, and changes the rate after 10 minutes! Unacceptable! Dishonest! No commercial gesture. The quality of the staff at this hotel is variable. We had a horrible receptionist who was unpleasant, cold and haughty. The carpet is dirty, and there are holes in the walls and in the sheets. Unworthy of a four-star hotel."

"Excellent location a short distance from the centre of Nijmegen and in my case about 15/20 minutes from some meetings. Hotel surrounded by nature with a beautiful lake in front of the restaurant and nature all around with a beautiful orchard in the back and the possibility of a beautiful nature trail. Spacious and well-kept room, excellent staff, very kind and courteous. The carpeting is a bad idea; by 2026, it should be removed everywhere."
