Haha… The bathroom was a bit dated; the air conditioning was probably a retrofit, so it had its own remote control, not a panel on the wall. The breakfast was simple, with limited options. "I had a great stay here, don't listen to the negative reviews, the hotel is under new ownership and renovations to the bar and restaurant were well under way, with the installation of a proper Irish style pub, hopefully fully opening next week. Yes the rooms are a bit dated, apparently a programme of refurbishment is next on the owners agenda. But the rooms are very clean and comfortable with lovely warm good pressure shower. The staff at every level are welcoming and friendly, the owners in particular were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a fabulous location, right on the main square and just a short stroll to the lake and tour boats etc. I would definitely stay here again"
