Pessimo “Hotel”. Ho alloggiato a Vienna al Mariahilfer Boutique Hotel dal 14 al 18 agosto. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza piccolissima (6 mq. circa) e sporca, con letto matrimoniale alla francese scomodissimo, un mini bagno da 2 mq., il tutto con spazio inesistente per poter sistemare bagagli e oggetti. Il proprietario risponde solo in chat e in maniera generica, non fornendo soluzioni concrete ai problemi tra i quali il mancato funzionamento della tv e del wifi. Assente l’aria condizionata (purtroppo ho alloggiato ad agosto e l’aria in stanza era irrespirabile). L’hotel utilizza 4 differenti codici per arrivare all’ingresso della propria stanza (manco a Fort Knox!). Dunque non c’è una reception, anche perché un addetto rischierebbe il linciaggio in pubblica piazza. È inoltre molto complicato da rintracciare poiché non esiste uno straccio di indicazione all’ingresso il cui civico era, tra l’altro, indicato in maniera errata nella prenotazione. Qualità/prezzo: indecente, a saperlo non ci avrei alloggiato manco gratis.

We tried to contact the owner, but he never answered. It was worse the next morning. On Friday at 8:15am when we were having breakfast on our feet, everything that was on the hanging table fell (2 ceramic plates with cereal, a ceramic plate with a sandwich and 2 cups with very hot tea and a glass of juice), because the table It broke - support that held the table came out. Every day we asked the owner to do the cleaning and pick up the broken pieces, but they never did. We will leave this room tomorrow , but pieces of broken dishes are still in place. They gave us only 3 towels for the entire week (no hand towels). We asked the owner to give us a towel, but he never gave us one. We should buy a towel. Service is horrible, there really is no service. We stayed for a week and they never changed the towels, they didn't clean the room, they didn't change the bedding, they didn't take out the trash. Smell in this place is very bad. Also in the room there are cockroaches and other insects. In this place we could not rest, because the windows open to the patio (this view is terrible - pipes, a bar and restaurant). In the bar until 2-3 at night every day there is a lot of noise, along the hallway every day they carry carts with metal cans at dawn (5-6 am). Sleeping and resting is impossible. We did self-check-in. There was no one who could tell us our problem. The room was the size of a pill. There were only 3 broken clothes hangers. There were no cabinets or drawers. The room was not clean. My advice is to at least stay in a place where you can hang your coat and coat and choose another place.
