"The hotel is clean and in an excellent location, "for my use." The only thing I would say is the pillows. I would prefer memory foam pillows instead of very deflated ones, but this is a constant in many hotels. The staff is nice and helpful."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to metro stations, making the city center easily accessible in a short amount of time. Our room was also clean and well maintained. The young gentleman who welcomed us at the reception was exceptionally polite and friendly. The only inconvenience we experienced was that early check-in before 3:00 p.m. was not available, even for an additional fee. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, so we had to endure the high June temperatures until check-in time. To make matters worse, there was a demonstration that had disrupted the city's bus and tram services that day, leaving us with no choice but to spend several hours walking around in the heat to reach the metro stations."
