"I booked a Junior Suite for 4 days in a so-called 5-star hotel and was very disappointed. The room was only cleaned when I asked, the baby cot was delivered at 11:30 pm after I had asked five times, and the buffet was often half empty – coffee was rarely available. At the bar, I waited 20 minutes for a coffee that never came. The worst part was on Friday, when guests were told to leave the pool because it was reserved for a private event until Sunday evening. No alternative was offered. This is absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a true 5-star experience."

"Hotel Olive on Rruga Cajupi, Vlore, Albania, is a very modern and comfortable place to stay. We were warmly welcomed by the sweetest and most helpful staff member at check-in, making us feel right at home. The location is great—close to shopping and the main street—though it can be a bit tricky to find using Google Maps. Everything else was perfect during our stay. One small downside: the fridge is quite small and doesn’t cool properly. Overall, a lovely experience"
