"Fabulous, staff are amazing, hotel is spotless, very comfy beds, gorgeous location. My husband and I travelled from UK to Finland via Poland in an electric car and trust me when I say we stayed in plenty of hotels including a few Radisson Blu and Tree Top Hilton, which were extremely lovely, but the hotel Palac Jugowice was our favourite and the cheapest hotel we stayed in on our trip. The only thing that let it down it was not disabled friendly and my husband struggled with the stairs up to the hotel reception and steps to the dining area. We arrived around 8.30pm and our sat nav took us up into the mountains on a very windy trail, a bit scary at times in the dark, we did think Lurch from the Adams Family would greet us at the hotel because the drive was very creepy but no this hotel is a must stay. We only stayed one night but would love to stay there for a week (if it was disabled friendly) because there are so many beautiful places to visit within the surrounding area. "Paid for a Superior Double Studio with a queen bed, got a tiny standard room instead. “Double bed” was two singles pushed together, causing back pain, with one empty pillow, one small cushion, and a blanket too short for even one person. Complained to Entaş Turizm — they refused to fix it unless I paid extra. Here for 5 days and can’t sleep. Worst hotel experience in 45 years. Never again!"

"Delicious fresh food, great location. It's a shame the breakfast room wasn't cleaned – 10 minutes after breakfast began, food could be found on the floor, indicating it hadn't been cleaned the previous day. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, even before guests arrived – dirt, sand, stones, and dead insects under the beds, trash in the cupboard drawers, thick layers of dust on the windowsills and furniture – including the leather ones. After three days, garbage was no longer taken out from the hallway and bathroom trash bins. Dirty towels were left on the floor, even though fresh ones were placed on the bed. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, and dirty dishes, which were supposed to be available in the rooms, weren't replaced. The terrace was filthy – the tables, chairs, and floor were filthy with bird droppings, mud from bird nests, and cigarette butts, with ashtrays left unemptied. When the broken hairdryer was removed, my makeup bag was covered in dust/plaster. We were here for the third time, as the previous two times we had very fond memories of the service. This time, it's hard to say anything positive. On the first day, I asked for the blinds in the upper windows to be opened. The manager promised to take care of it immediately, but for seven days, they didn't. Previously, the staff greeted guests with a smile at every meal and asked if everything was okay. Now, they just kept their faces grim, with no "good morning." At breakfast, they even cleared plates mid-meal even though guests kept insisting they were still eating. On other occasions, dirty plates waited for half an hour to be removed from vacated tables. We didn't receive a Broumovko region guest card, despite the hotel's website's promise. There's no information on how to get into the hotel after the restaurant closes. Sadly, I can only recommend this hotel with such service."

I found almost everything in the floor as I left..and clothing under the cover..🤷🏻‍♂️zero attention to needs of the guests, the only use of sugar for coffee, never refill even when required!! Hotel Verde Montana Wellness & Spa ★★★★

"Super unsafe SPA facility, the floor at the swimming pool is like ice glazed. Slipped and fell over what resulted in serious injury. Ambulance took me to hospital located nearly 30 miles from hotel. after 5 painful stiches got released from hospital at midnight! Unable to walk without knowing even where I was! Luckily, some hospital staff helped me out with sorting transport back to hotel. The Verde Montana staff didn’t care about what happened to me. Never even checked if I’m ok. Spent the rest of holiday stuck to a hotel bed. Being unable to walk, and with antibiotics to prevent infection from the cut. Didn’t even hear "we're sorry" nothing! Now they denied any responsibility about what happened. I will take them to court. They don’t deserve 4 stars. Should be 3-star hotel for what they offer and for how they treat guests. Avoid! So many better places to stay, with way better staff and facilities."
