"We had a good 1 night stay for the Neighbourhood Weekender. The staff were super friendly and they stored our bags as we arrived early and put them in our room for when we arrived before midnight The manager wss doing free face painting for the festival which was a fantastic thing The room itself was good although a handle came off the bathroom but got it sorted and the body wash in shower was empty after two squirts but didnt say as we were heading back out so just used the foaming hand wash."

"The hotel is definitely in the prime location of the town center with easy access to all the nice cafes and restaurants. Visited Warrington during the Creamfields weekend and therefore the hotel was more overpriced than usual. Clean towels were provided but there were no amenities such as the toothpaste or cotton pads so make sure you pack your own. No complimentary bottled water either, had to buy them from the restaurant downstairs. Good for short period of stay."

"I booked hotel accommodation with free breakfast for two people. After breakfast, the restaurant charged £10 per person, totaling £20. I checked the bill and found out that a simple English breakfast was an upgraded breakfast, and the free breakfast was just a cup of hot coffee! £20 for two breakfasts in a hotel is not expensive, but it's hard to understand that the free breakfast is a cup of hot coffee per person! This was a very bad experience, something I have never seen in over 40 years of staying in a hotel! I suggest that the hotel should list on the booking website that the accommodation comes with two free cups of morning coffee to avoid guests thinking that the hotel is cheating!"

"Lovely room, big shower, comfy bed, all of the streaming platforms on the tv. Room service was easy to access once we had the correct phone number, food was okay, probably wouldn’t get it again as it was quite expensive. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to go to the pool but ima use it was nice. Surrounding areas of the hotel and outside the rooms were very nice and quiet. Reception staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly."
