"Positives: large family room, 2 connecting rooms each with double bed. Great bathroom. Is minutes away from Waterloo museum which is fantastic. Negatives: outside room is a long horizontal pipe which is the ventilation pipe from the kitchen, loud noise and at times smelly fumes so could not have window open at 11pm Saturday night. Fans were provided for each room which we kept on all night but were quiet. No tea making facilities until I insisted because there was a photo of such on hotel website. Hotel has recently changed management, looks distinctly tired, badly in need of decoration. Bedroom key was difficult to operate."
