"The overall room and location during the stay were acceptable, but the front desk service experience was very unpleasant. A male front desk employee was cold and confrontational in dealing with ordinary policy issues and matters related to continued stay. He also made inappropriate hints about the guest's private stay and mentioned that the guest's name might be marked, which made people feel offended and disrespected. The hotel can implement its own regulations, but the front desk communication should be clear, professional and respect the privacy of the guests. This experience has obviously affected the stay experience, and I hope that the hotel management will seriously deal with the service methods of relevant employees."

"This hotel has a great location; there's a McDonald's, Wendy's, and other fast food restaurants within 200 meters, and many shops nearby. The rooms are standard Holiday Inn amenities and very clean. Parking is free, and breakfast is a buffet. The only downside is that the eggs and bread were already sold out before 9:30 am; you had to ask the staff for them separately."
