"Service: Absolutely terrible!! We checked in on the evening of February 20, 2024. We had booked a king-size bed room, but the front desk gave us a twin room. I then checked my Ctrip app to see the details. I was absolutely certain that I had booked a king-size bed room. I called the front desk again, and this time their response was, "What can we do? We don't have any king-size beds available!!" I chose to call Ctrip; I needed a solution. With Ctrip's help, the hotel said they had king-size beds available again! Haha, they have them again!! Because it was too late, I chose to change rooms, not the hotel. I went downstairs to get my room key, but when I stood at the door of my new room, the key didn't work. Fine, fine, I went back down. The front desk didn't apologize; they just swiped the card again. I thought that was the end of it, until February 22, 2024. The weather cleared up, the highway wasn't icy, and we could leave the city. At noon, I received a call from the front desk informing me that I would check out at 12:00. I checked Ctrip, and it showed that I could check out before 2:00 PM. However, the front desk insisted on 12:00 PM. Because I explained that I was washing up, the hotel reluctantly allowed us to check out at 1:00 PM. When we finished packing and went downstairs to seek a solution or at least an apology, the front desk laughed, and the manager told me not to get agitated. I want to ask the hotel: who wouldn't be agitated by such a ridiculous arrangement? If the hotel doesn't have a partnership with Ctrip, then they shouldn't be using their name.
