The room was clean and odor-free, with soft bedding, plenty of hot water, and fast internet. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and even recommended local restaurants. The service was excellent, and the value for money far exceeds what you'd expect at this price point. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

The amount deducted using points on the app couldn't be invoiced, and invoicing it incurred tax charges. While charging a tax percentage is normal, the total tax rate is only 1%, and they added a 10% tax rate."
