It can be seen that the owner has good taste. The room is spacious, especially the bathroom is separated into dry and wet. If you don't know how to take a shower, you will wet the toilet. It is much more convenient than many other similar inns. Poor sound insulation is a common problem of all wooden inns. If you don't sleep well, it is best to prepare earplugs and other items to assist. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. After arriving, he treated us to the famous local roasted tea, homemade papaya vinegar and plum lemon slices. In the evening, he also helped us prepare roasted bait blocks and Dali's most famous three-course tea. It was very pleasant to chat with the boss and other guests. Cleanliness: The guesthouse staff are incredibly diligent, starting their cleaning early every morning. The common areas are spotless, and the rooms are also kept very clean and tidy. Environment: The environment looks exactly like the photos, with tasteful design. Though the courtyard is small, it's very pleasant, offering delightful photo opportunities everywhere. The guesthouse's location is also excellent, situated on the edge of the ancient city, accessible by car, so you don't have to drag your luggage up hills through the pedestrian-only ancient town streets. It's right next to Mengyang Park, close to the Confucius Temple and Chongzheng Academy (which houses a popular bookstore).
