服務、環境、衞生都很好，入住前一天還打專門打了個電話提醒怎麼到酒店。陽台望去就是湖面很不錯。辦理入住的時候前台自動給我升級了房間。打碎了一個杯子，酒店最後直接給免賠了，推薦。
