Lovely clean room with crisp white sheets and comfortable pillows and mattress. Well equipped bathroom with a bath which was a lovely addition. Shower gel dispenser and hand wash dispenser. Great location for Heathrow airport. Taxi cost £16 to airport. There is a mini cab link at the hotel but they are more expensive. Fantastic staff especially Dimple and Serena who were so friendly and welcoming. Premier Inn breakfast was absolutely delicious 😋.

Fantastic location for Heathrow Airport departures. Easy parking for £10 per night. Lovely clean rooms. Great breakfast for £13.99 including vegan options. Fabulous friendly staff. Taxi service available to the airport via hotel phone link.

Beware because there is no airport shuttle or buses. You have to pay for a taxi. We got an Uber XL each way and it was about £50 each way.

Most comfortable bed and pillows anywhere! Breakfast was excellent with hot foot being replenished regularly rather than left to sit under warming lights. Good choice of fruit and bakery items. All staff helpful and friendly as we have come to expect at Premier Inn.

Fantastic friendly Premier Inn Heathrow, great for the airport. Rooms really clean . Food package was really good value/ delicious and staff super helpful . Big shout out to Newton who is an asset to the company. Thanks for a fabulous pre holiday stay

We had a lovely experience at the Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport ( M4/J4) hotel. We have stayed here several times. A big thank you to all of the staff, who are very welcoming, helpfull, friendly and polite specially Serena, who worked on the front desk, was especially accommodating and friendly! Would recommend a stay here to anyone! Clean rooms with excellent service! Check in was easy upon arrival. Amazing breakfast served at suitable hours with a wide variety of things to eat. Just loved it 🥰
