"Unfortunately room had holes in bathroom door and on some of the walls had a rough “patched” job to some of them. The room smelt old like no one had opened any windows in ages and finally no one to help with finding our breakfast to go in the morning"

"The room was ok, but it was boiling hot. The woman on reception said if we wanted air-conditioning we had to pay an extra £15. Not worth it, she was sitting surrounded by fans as it was so hot. Had been in a Premier inn in Langstone near Portsmouth the week before and the hotel was so much better, the staff were pleasant and helpful. My advice never go to Whitstable Premuer inn."

"The Marine Hotel in Had provided me with the best sea view, offering a peaceful and picturesque stay. The friendly hotel staff added to the pleasant experience, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, the way to my room was a bit unconventional, with a maze of staircases leading up to it – a memorable and amusing aspect of the hotel stay. Despite the quirky path to the room, the stunning sea view and welcoming staff made for a delightful and memorable stay at The Marine Hotel."
