"location wise great , rooms clean breakfast was good all togather every thing was fine"

"Room wasn’t setup right. Dusty. Service was good effort but lots of small mistakes. Hotel app doesn’t work, lack of information in room, have to phone all the time as a result… and staff seem annoyed to take your call and are overwhelmed. Not really a 5 star experience. Many better hotels around…."

"A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain)."

"Very good, the room is large and well laid out, but there is no free WIFI."

"Great location, but the room was really old and dated. The staff were friendly, but the facilities need an upgrade. It definitely needs a renovation."

"The location is fantastic, right opposite Windsor Castle, making it probably the best hotel in Windsor. Getting here from Heathrow Airport is super easy – just take the 703 bus directly. It’s perfect for exploring Windsor Castle the next day before heading to London."

"Worse night sleep! Dated and air conditioner broken and greasy glass!"

"Stayed here only for one night ,was good stay,,comfy bed,,good shower ,nice and quiet , and not too far from centre , basically all one would need for visit to Windsor , Barbara was clear with all instructions for easy access ,,,recommended"

"Room is clean. Location is very good."
