Customer service was friendly. Place was clean-ish. Breakfast was at Econo Lodge across the street. Nothing fancy about the place. Looks to be newly renovated. Neighborhood iffy so lock your door. The lighting outside was really bright so that probably helped to keep riffraff away.

We expected a ”nice” room for the night but were stunned to find a complete kitchen - full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and table and chairs! I could move right in! The place is very clean, great bed, super quiet and very comfortable - hated to leave!

Breakfast is good, although it is a continental breakfast, but there are many choices. Coffee, various tea bags, milk; various cereals; bagel, waffle and various jams, peanut butter, cream butter, etc.

Hi gang, Returning from Nampa, Idaho Winnemucca was a familiar place for me. Last time I stayed at the Winnemucca Inn. This time my research led me to Candlewood Suites. Located next to Winnemucca OD, they even leave a police vehicle in the parking lot. No substitute for being safe. The room (3rd floor) was clean and quiet. As mentioned there are full kitchens in the rooms. Easy location to whatever you need. Friendly checkin although it was very difficult to understand what she was saying due to her mask. She lowered her mask and all was well. Large parking lot in front, back side has parking, too. Elevator has @ strong hydraulic fluid smell during use, it runs fine. You know you reached your floor because you’ll feel a jolt. No breakfast or pool. For this kind of money ($176/night) I’d expect at least a nearby restaurant breakfast credit. A little short on the “bang for your buck” factor. Coffee avail in room but didn’t see any tea bags. I’ve found it never hurts to bring my own to be sure. Some local traffic noise from front facing rooms. Shower knob loose, I’ll mention it to the front desk. Rich

Probably an awesome hotel under normal circumstances. Currently under renovation which translates to early morning racket making sleep impossible.
