"Had to ask to change room as original one had a musty smell in it. Receptionist was very helpful and agreed about the smell but said it could be due to the cleaning chemicals. Hot night with only a desk fan and a window that only opened a tiny bit. But annoying that my daughter’s family room had air conditioning and we paid the same price. Shower curtain too short so had to be very careful or water came on the floor. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff in the restaurant said we might have to wait up to an hour for a table for breakfast (only three of us) as we hadn’t booked but there were loads of empty tables and one came free in a few minutes so she was just being awkward. Used to think Premier Inns were good value for money but not any more!"

"Location was good and the rooms were clean and the hotel staff were friendly but wow the restaurant and bar was terrible waiting to get service was awful one minute she’s at the bar then off to clean tables while I was standing there surly she could have served a pint first then go to clean the tables this went on and on"
