"This is my room when I got the AC and not all rooms have AC. For the room is ok, but for the toilet it's a bit smelly and there's no hanger to hang clothes when I want to take a shower. The room is also not clean. When I first entered the room, the floor was full of sand. The bed also had dirty yellow spots. For the price I paid with a building like this, it doesn't feel worth it. The building is bad. You can see the stairs. When I go down, my feet feel like they're going backwards because the stairs are not straight. Even though it's only 2 years old, it feels like an old hotel. The elevator is also bad, the elevator lights, the floor tiles are cracked. And for breakfast, I ordered boiled eggs to eat on the way. The eggs are bad. Like old eggs. They're not fresh at all. The child is limp from the eggs. Please, Horison management pay attention to all of this. The hotel has only been open for 2 years and really feels like a very old hotel."

The hot water runs out, the toilet cannot refill itself without leaking, breakfast was prepared way too early and served cold, and facilities are generally not up to par. Nice environment though - a quiet oasis with a giant aviary filled with cute birds."
