Housecleaning service was excellent, gave us whatever we asked for without any problems. Front desk people were friendly and accommodating. In-house restaurants had good food and a great staff. Main complaint was parking... nothing close to the entrance, ot even the handicap spaces."

"The hotel is in the city center with a good location and good service. We arrived at the hotel around 10 am and checked in smoothly. The room was relatively large, clean and had no peculiar smell. We had breakfast on the first floor on the first day, which cost 17 US dollars per person, plus The tax is more than 18 US dollars. The breakfast includes hot cereal, bread, fruits, etc. There are not many varieties. I bought my own cereal and bread for breakfast the next two days."

"First and foremost, they charge a $100 additional deposit WITHOUT any notification at the time of booking. When asked about the charge, the clerk started by saying that everyone had to pay it. I pressed and told him he didn't answer the question he said that it's because some people will smoke in the rooms. Yes, our room stank of old cigarette smoke, not badly, but it was there. They refund the $100 without checking the room the next morning. I took pics just in case. The mattress was stained, the tub was slow, and they were vacuuming the room above us at 7:30 in the morning! They gave some excuse about 12 hour shift for railroad workers, but if that's the case, put them on the first floor so guests don't have to hear the vacuuming overhead! Oh, and bring ear plugs, poor room insulation so you'll have constant truck noise from the 2 adjacent interstates. We skipped the breakfast, there wasn't even hot water for tea available. For the $$, I'd expect much better."
