K Hotel Douala ★★★★

"It was very clean ,location excellent, prefect breakfast buffet and security top notch. I was disappointed that a hotel that standard doesn’t have bathrobes . They told me bathrobes were only for suites;when I know even basic hotel around the world have bathrobes, that answer left me confused . Also the buffet for the evening meal was ok. I wish it had more Cameroonian meals or more grill"

ONOMO Hotel Douala ★★★

"Bad smells everywhere probably bcoz there is no ventilation."

Krystal Palace Douala ★★★★★

"very upset that hotel does not have my booking with the hotel. guest does not have the room when he reached the hotel and no room at all and need to go to other hotel last minute. contacted trip.com and they mentioned they have communication breakdown with the hotel and need to revert back. nothing the hotel can do too as its fully booked. so dont know is trip.com issue or the hotel issue. overall, very upset thou we got refunded and apology from trip.com"

Greenbali Hotel ★★★★

"Overall, the hotel experience was excellent. The upstairs guest rooms were equipped to four-star standards and were very comfortable. There was a restaurant downstairs, and foot massage and hairdressing services were available on the third floor, making daily life very convenient. The front desk staff spoke English and French, so communication was completely barrier-free, making travel and accommodation very worry-free. Highly recommended."
