辦理入住體驗~一家4口到達酒店大廳問前台有沒有行李服務員幫忙拉行李，結果前台說沒有，服務員已經下班需要自己拉行李，4星酒店竟然沒有安排足夠的工作人員為顧客服務，還告知那邊有車自己拉，這服務態度實在是讓人無語，最後突然間有位女士出來協助我們拉行李，總算是有解決了問題。 房間乾淨，浴室沒有異味，該有的洗漱用品都有，床的舒適感不錯。 洗衣服務這快，還需改進，大人與小孩衣服洗衣價格一樣，國外多數洗小孩衣物都有半價優惠，但這裡沒有。 退房服務~前台小姐姐沒有笑容，沒有熱情，給人感覺是很不友善。 行李員更是糟糕，一副很不高興的樣子，不主動幫忙拉行李，到達大廳後直接把行李擱在一旁不搭理了，我叫了6人專車來接，結果沒有行李員幫忙，需自己把所有行李拉出去，真的是很糟糕的體驗。雖然房間乾淨，酒店漂亮，位置不錯，但不會再入住，因為體驗感不滿意。員工需再好好培訓，酒店服務業最重要的就是員工需讓客人有感覺賓至如歸的感覺，而不是讓顧客感覺冷漠的服務。
