Very good, clean environment, welcoming front desk, the parking lot is a part of the hotel's own area, parking spaces are sufficient, the service staff are really service-conscious, they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet, and they will take the initiative to clean the room. The breakfast is very clean and rich. To talk about the shortcomings, the hotel is next to the viaduct. It is really noisy. Even if you close the windows, you can clearly hear the sounds of cars coming and going. It is more uncomfortable for people like me who sleep lightly. The room is a bit small, and there is a hanger. The hanger is dangling and unstable. There are also a few metal hangers on it. It will sound when the window is open, and it will sound when you walk by, which is somewhat uncomfortable. . The room is big and the service is good. I will never be disappointed when I choose Orange Hotel every time I travel. This time is still perfect. The hotel is very close to Yuantouzhu and the breakfast is very rich. I will choose Orange Hotel next time.

You’ll never believe how amazing the place is . Very modern ,international standards. The neighborhood around is very nice .enjoyed every minute of my stay. Never wanted to leave in the morning 😂😂but i had meetings to attend to . Very reliable reception in times of need .The most amazing fact is that the accept a stay in for even foreigners which is a very hard thing to come by for most hotels in china👍👌. Would recommend 100%

About 10-12mins walk from Exit 4 of Sanyang Plaza metro, Orient Plaza exit. There are many exits, probably over 20. This is a very central metro station. Buy a day pass for unlimited travel from the metro at any railway station or airport. 1 day at 12yuan, 2 days at 22 yuan or 3 days at 30 yuan. Very economical and easy way to travel by metro in Wuxi. You can't buy this card from other metro stations, including Sanyang Plaza. The hotel is old but clean with a lift. Room facilities are good enough. The toilet seat can be heated for cold weather and comes with water jet for personal hygiene. Bathroom and toilet separated by a curtain, which was effective for keeping the toilet dry. Slippers provided in bathroom which was useful. Hooks on door to put your clothes when using the bathroom/toilet. Towels changed daily. Simple Chinese buffet breakfast. Ample street food choices nearby at reasonable prices.

The hotel environment is very good and parking is very convenient. I like the overall decoration style and the equipment is very new. There are robots that can deliver things at the door, which is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy and the living was very comfortable. It is also very close to the subway station, about ten minutes walk, and it is not too far to drive to the scenic spot. The service of the hotel staff is very warm and thoughtful, greatly like 👍🏻

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.
