The hotel facilities are complete, the decoration of the light luxury hotel is clean and tidy, and the hardware is good. The software service was poor. The hotel front desk did not proactively inform us of the breakfast service time. We stayed for 2 consecutive days and arrived at the restaurant at 9:35 on the first day. They directly told us that the stalls had been closed and we had nothing to eat. The restaurant didn't even provide tea the next morning. You had to go to the backstage (storage room) of the restaurant to pour the water yourself. The service staff collected the tableware by throwing it away (probably because the tableware was made of plastic and was not afraid of being broken), making a ping ping ping ping ping ping. The sound was so harsh that the guests all looked at her strangely, and the service staff didn't feel anything at all. She only relaxed her movements after a guest directly asked her to be gentle. Very poor experience.

Initial plan was to stay at the Orange hotel near Wuxi railway station but was fully booked so stayed here instead. But it turn out to be a blessing in disguise. This location is so convenient. There is a family mart next to the hotel, the Metro entrance is next to the hotel, there are many great eateries within 2-5min walk away from the hotel. Inside the family mart, you have access to excellent coffee 24hrs. In the morning, there's also warm soya milk drink. The room itself has an outdoor area where I can smoke while taking a break from work. With this outdoor area, the bedroom remains smoke free. Simply excellent. The city view faces the sanyang plaza area where the brightly-lit buildings spruce up the quiet of the night. The buffet breakfast has a good spread of simple local and western dishes which make excellent breakfast! This hotel is simply great value for money!

The location of the hotel is good, everything is close by metro or taxi, which is very convenient. The check-in was incredibly slow (over 20min), because the receptionist had been checking the validity of my and my mother's passport and visas and residence permits, which I found incredibly off-putting, considering that this never happened before in any hotel in China (including other Jinjiang Inn hotels I stayed in numerous times). It felt unusual and as if we were suspicious to the two receptionists who were inspecting both of our passports very closely. The room was cute and well decorated. There is room for improvement, however, namely in terms of cleanliness; namely the bathroom was very poorly cleaned, with stains everywhere (as seen in the photo). Breakfast was large, but it lacked good options (for example there is a toast station but no butter or jelly to go with it), the juice was served warm, and the coffee machine was not working. I would stay here again, but I would definitely book a room of a higher class to at least hope for better cleaning of the room.

The hotel facilities are very new, clean and tidy; the hotel service staff (including the cleaning aunt) are warm and polite, and actively help us solve the problem.
The location of the hotel is very good, the night view from the room at night is beautiful; the transportation is also very convenient, 5 or 6 minutes walk from the open park and commercial street of Chong'an Temple; there are some well-known local old restaurants and fashion restaurants in Wuxi around, very convenient. Will continue to stay in the future.

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.

We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

JJacobsWe enjoyed our stay here. The suite was huge and really made us comfortable - and being on the 5th floor we had a lovely view too.
Breakfast was perfectly adequate - fruit, yoghurt, a few pastries, bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, and the usual Chinese fare.
The pools and hot springs were lovely too but limited shade at the pools. Because both outdoor pools are completely uncovered, you're swimming in luke warm water by 10am. There is also limited seating - with metal chairs, mostly left in the sun. More shade would make it even better. But the pools are clean and we loved our swimming time. The other thing I found annoying - the hotel is not cheap but you still have to pay an additional fee to rent the floaties - this would be a lovely free thing.
Lunch was reasonable - only a limited choice of Chinese dishes. Dumplings and sweet and sour pork were delicious. Dinner was a bit disappointing. Very few dishes available, otherwise only barbecue. The meat offered was quite fatty and overpriced. Beer was well priced but could have been colder.
Staff were friendly and helpful although no English, so if you can't speak Chinese, this will make it difficult.
We will stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no paper towel in the room. I was a little dissatisfied. I stayed for two days and I was not very satisfied with the cleaning. Maybe it was because the boys were cleaning a little casually. Fortunately, there was a phone call at the front desk. It’s also a good attitude to ask for feedback.
Overall it's good, but the service needs to be more meticulous.

GGuest UserMy wife and parents came to Wuxi to play, and booked a hotel near the hotel. There were a lot of parking spaces. The front desk lady was very efficient. She quickly checked in. When she went to the elevator, she saw that there was a robot delivery service for the first time. It was very advanced. The hotel environment is good, the room is bigger than the chain hotel that has lived in the same price before, I heard that there is a gym.
The next day, I wanted to take the elderly to try Wuxi Xiaolongbao. As a result, I had breakfast at the hotel and it was quite hearty.
Overall quite satisfactory.

Thank you very much. Because the early flight was very hard, and the elderly were taken to check in. The process was very fast. We were also allowed to check in early to let us have a good rest. Special thanks to ～ The breakfast was very delicious. Thanks to the aunts in the kitchen. The cooked food was very rich and delicious. 😋～ The cleaning aunt in the housekeeping department was on duty. The manager also took great care of us, cleaned the room carefully every day, and the drinking water was also well equipped. GGuest UserThe buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and showed great enthusiasm in their service even they could not communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided.
One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

WWujunlushiThe hotel is in a good location, very close to Exit 1 of Nanchan Temple Subway Station. It is not too far from Sanyang Square, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel staff from the front desk to the room staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and they proactively provide children's products. Breakfast is provided, the variety is average, and there is no problem with eating. The room is relatively large, with a tea tasting area, a lot of mineral water, and small snacks. However, there are some problems with the facilities in the bathroom. The water is slow to drain, and the hot and cold water signs in the shower area are reversed, which scalded me. Although the bathtub provides a disposable bath bag, there are no handrails or anti-slip mats on the side. When getting up, it is still quite slippery and easy to fall. And there is only one floor mat, which is not enough. It can be improved appropriately. But overall it is satisfactory.

SShi TingThis hotel is very suitable for family with kids. And the location is very convenient, walking distance to Nanchang Street. The breakfast is more to Asia Food, but less choices.

GGuest UserVery good stay, the front desk lady sister warm and thoughtful service, do not know the road, have been helping to find a way. The little brother who handled the business was also very good. During the period, he accidentally lost the car key. After sleeping, he found out that the little brother actually helped to collect it. Check out the next day, the hotel also sent the children a super beautiful small gift and travel package (fruit and water), too loving, more thoughtful than we thought. Next time I go, I will definitely choose this one.
