I went out with my parents and kids. I booked 2 rooms because I saw that the hotel has a high rating on Ctrip. The location is convenient. It is only 100 meters away from Exit B of the University of Science and Technology on Line 4. It is quiet in a busy city and close to the university. The room is clean and spacious. It is very comfortable. I stayed for 3 nights. Each room was given 4 bottles of mineral water every day. Both adults and children were satisfied. It is very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, Shaanxi Museum, etc. It is convenient to change lines by subway. Basically, it costs 2 yuan to get to these attractions. It is a good choice for a trip.

門口就是城牆勿幕門（小南門）的登牆入口，非常方便。同時也是小南門早市所在地，全是小吃。唯一就是離地鐵遠，可以騎自行車去地鐵。房子非常乾淨，老闆説是去年十一新裝修的。不是普通乾淨，是妥妥新房子的乾淨，沒有裝修味道。性價比很高，枕頭和被子也很乾凈舒服。外面有點早市聲音，但我感覺不算吵，我家都能睡到自然醒。有個露台相隔還是能隔絕聲音的。房東也非常熱情。強烈推薦！

The room was relatively good for the price, but the front desk attendant in the lobby when we checked out the next day, a boy, had a very bad attitude. The hotel shuttle bus that we had originally booked was cancelled because we wanted an invoice, on the grounds that we were 5 minutes late. In fact, my parents were waiting in the lobby early in the morning without any notice. Because we needed to catch the bus in time, we took a taxi to the station. After arriving at the station, we called the front desk to ask for an invoice, and then verbally told us that we wanted to complain and asked us to tell the service staff the name. The front desk had an extremely bad attitude and hung up the phone directly. I called again and hung up again. Later, I received a call from there saying that the hotel could not deliver food and drinks to the room, and could only use them in the executive lounge. I said okay. At this time, the staff said that they would add me on WeChat later and send me the specific time of the executive lounge. However, for three days and two nights, no staff came to add me on WeChat. The sound insulation was very poor. I often heard the sound of someone walking by the door of the room, which was very noisy. It was because the hotel here was new and the brand was so new that I gave up the hotel closer to the scenic spot and came to this more remote Weiyang District (15 minutes walk from the subway station and at least 30 minutes by taxi to the bell tower).
