By far the best hotel stay in Xi’an (stated at the ritz carlton, the famous westin, and the canopy by hilton) - highly recommend!
The hotel has great ambience and very well-managed with amazingly kjnd staffs.
Especially, our duty manager Maggie was very helpful and addressed our concerns very promptly with satisfactory solutions.
I will definitely visit here again whenever i come to xi’an!

Old five-star hotel, we went to the Spring Festival holiday, the price is a bit expensive, the price of the off-season travel is more cost-effective, but the environment and location are very good. The hotel is large in size, parking is very convenient, the service staff is very good, the whole hotel is fragrant, there is an automatic fragrance in the corridor, we booked breakfast, the hotel breakfast is very rich, bread, milk, coffee, fruit, all kinds of staple foods, freshly cooked rice noodles and noodles taste good, The dining area is large and very comfortable. The room area is very large. The front desk staff knew that I was with two children and took the initiative to upgrade the double room of 1.35 meters wide for free. I like 👍. The hot water is very fast. It takes three seconds to open and the hot water comes out. The location is also very good, go out and turn left and walk for 5 minutes to the south gate of Datang Everbright City. Now the room can see the Everbright City, which is very convenient. The slight disadvantage is that the hotel is a bit long, the facilities are a bit old, the socket at the bedside of the room is out of power, my mobile phone is an Android double-sided plug, not a usb, charging is not convenient. But the flaws are not concealed, I still recommend it.

This hotel is in the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is very convenient. There is no one at the entrance of the City that Never Sleeps during the day, but at night it is full of young ladies and young men wearing Hanfu taking photos. It is so prosperous. The location is very good. It takes two minutes to walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda on the right. The City that Never Sleeps is at the entrance, and the Twelve Hours of Chang'an is behind the hotel.
The room is very clean, sanitary, and very tidy. The room is intelligent and can be voice-controlled, especially the mattress, which is very comfortable. I will choose this store next time I go to Xi'an, and I will also recommend it to friends who are going to Xi'an.

One of the best hotels at the center of Xi'an. It's walking distance from malls, restaurants and subways going to the site seeing places. Just unconsciously booked a room without a window so kinda regret that part since the view from the hotel is the City Wall. Anyway, wouldn't mind booking in this hotel next time we come back to Xi'an.

The room is clean, stylish and beautiful. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. There is free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby all day long for guests to enjoy. The girl Yiyi at the front desk He Xiaoying was very polite and gave hot mineral water as a gift after leaving the hotel. It was very considerate. The transportation is convenient and it is very convenient to take a taxi. I will definitely choose this hotel next time and will highly recommend it to my relatives and friends‼ ️👍👍👍

YYWWe had a very pleasant stay at Novotel.
The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights!
While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us.
We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile!
Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home!
Thank you Novotel! We would definitely choose to stay with you again!

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is aMAZing with so much choice. The rooms are exquisite, comfy with lots space. The queen size bed was super comfortable and sooo big, I lost my partner most nights. In addition, the staff and service was exceptional too. They have a robot that delivers to the rooms which is a bit weird especially if you share the lift with it. However, a couple of things to note. It's quite far from the old city wall although it looks close on the map. The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a renovation. Carpets in corridors are a bit stained, our no smoking room stank of smoke, the windows were dirty and some things didn't work like the safe. The pool was lovely but again the spa (jacuzzi) was out of order. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially for the breakfast and room sizes.

It's a good hotel that doesn't need any explanation.In front of the hotel, in the lobby, and on each floor, sculptures and paintings by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese artists are displayed. Personally, I like Korean artist, Son Bongchae's painting in the center of hotel lobby. I strongly recommend this Ritz Carlton in Xian.The best hotel in Xian.

GGuest UserI have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

1. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so it is very convenient for traveling, eating and shopping.
2. The room is quite spacious, and the 2-meter large bed is very comfortable to sleep on.
3. The heating in the room is very good, and the igloo is very warm in winter.
shortcoming
1. The house is not very clean. There are dust particles on the floor. It feels like it has not been wiped. There are hairs left by the previous guest on the bathroom basin, conditioner bottle and floor drain. Moreover, I stayed for 6 days. The hair on the conditioner bottle and the floor drain have never been cleaned. On the first day of check-in, one of the towels had two dirt marks. Later, new towels were changed every day and no dirt was found. In short, the cleaning was very good. Bluff.
2. This hotel is in a commercial-residential apartment building. Each floor is shared by several hotels and other residents. You can't sleep in during the day, as decoration starts at about nine o'clock.
3. There is something wrong with the hotel's circuit facilities. If you use a hair dryer to blow hot air for a long time, the circuit will trip. In the winter, you can't use hot air to blow your hair, so you can only use natural cold air.
