設施：很新 蠻好，早餐7-10點品種豐富，就是餐桌收拾得不太及時，國慶人流量大可以理解。
衞生：蠻好 下午還有爆米花作為下午茶，很好吃！
服務：前台態度很好。衹是對於打掃的阿姨有個建議，建議你們阿姨打掃衞生衹扔垃圾桶的，有一次我三份甜品吃了一半放在桌上，打算晚上回來再吃，全被扔了，但這件事我想想算了。走的時候一衹簪花鴨放在桌上，1.5小時後想起來打電話回去，説找不到，你們阿姨打掃得太勤快了，或者可以keep一下，給客人以空間，不是衹有充電線才是重要的，回憶的物品也很重要，不確定要扔的東西可以致電客户，您説是吧？
環境：旅遊出行 交通便利 如果撇開打掃來説 是個不錯的體驗

這是我在廈門住過最糟糕的酒店。
1.昨日抵達酒店約15:00以後，房間還沒好，前台的服務應對完全沒有溫度，你房間前一天有人住，現在還沒好，你可以等嗎？請問我不能等還有其他選擇嗎？兩位女生甚至在前台抱怨起工作。
2.我在等待的同時，手持行李箱，前台至少三個人，卻完全沒有人來接手我的行李，附帶一提，抵達酒店門口也沒有door man。
3.在大廳迎來第一個問候，讓我感到開心，卻是推銷鼓浪嶼旅遊的。
4.電梯非常難等，這是我有生之年住酒店唯一對電梯的不滿意。
5.入住時前台完全沒有作任何設施介紹，只對我說你還有200元要支付。
6.房門前有人臉識別入住為什麼沒有介紹使用，如果不能落實，為何不直接拆掉。
7.馬桶間和淋浴間都有沼氣味與小飛蟲。
8.蓮蓬頭的水非常小，冷熱水也不好調整，你們試試可以知道我說些什麼。
9.早餐前台的兩位女性服務員，一直聊天，有空為什麼不能關心客人。
10.現場只有一位服務員在收盤整理。
11.那個果汁四種你們喝喝看吧，完全就是有味道的水。
支付1417元外加200元佈置費。
都說了，要來替太太過生日，
但卻讓我感到非常失望！
打破我對希爾頓品牌的認定。
我對酒店的期待就是服務與溫度，如果沒有我僅僅只是購買一張床。
今後我不會再選擇你們！
