There's also a free animal interaction zone within the park, so you can go in and interact with the animals without buying anything."

There is a free underground garage for self-driving, which can go directly to the lobby and parking is particularly convenient. The hotel is a light luxury new Chinese style, the lobby is clean and tidy, the front desk check-in efficiency is high, the staff is warm and caring, The room is spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is stable, the sanitation is very meticulous, there is no smell, the sound insulation effect is good, and the night is quiet and not noisy. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, there is a vegetarian specialty dining area, the price is very high, and I will choose to stay in Xiangning next time."

The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, patient and courteous. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied and tastes good. The hotel has its own parking lot. It is convenient for friends who travel by car. I will come back next time. I strongly recommend everyone to stay at Xiangning Hotel."

"Everything else was pretty good, but the service was just awful, absolutely terrible. It really leaves a bad impression of Shanxi! The live stream promotion was deceptive, and the front desk didn't even inform us how to get cheaper tickets! We discovered after entering the scenic area that the package ticket there was 178 RMB, while the live stream was selling it for 198 RMB! This applies whether you're staying overnight or just visiting. If you're an in-house guest, make sure to buy your tickets directly at the scenic spot; it's much cheaper!"

"During the May Day holiday, I passed by Xiangning and chose a cave hotel. It was comfortable, clean and unique. The service was particularly friendly and enthusiastic. I could order food in the restaurant at 8:30 in the evening. None of the dishes I ordered were disappointing. Even the white fungus and snow pear soup tasted different. The snow pears were cut so finely that I could feel the chef's care. The chef's cooking skills were really great. It was the best meal I had along the way. The rose wine was also delicious. I recommend it."
