整體環境及早餐在希爾頓花園酒店裡算是很一般的，前台接待人員的理解能力有待提高，其他人員服務意識也差那麼點意思，反正這家酒店以後不會選擇了。

本來很開心希爾頓進駐邢台！然而缺少熱情的微笑和招呼也就罷了，服務質量實在是有待提升，缺少培訓的感覺。比如入住的時候看到很多人在等候，前台接完電話在那裡待着也不招呼等候的客人辦理入住。再如晚上讓加一床被子，結果送來一個黑黑的被芯，沒法直接蓋。相比較而言，服務質量差中大城市三條大街。望改進與希爾頓品牌相匹配！
説好的吧，衞生很棒，房間很大，電視很大，衞生間很乾凈，馬桶全自動，這些都非常棒！
