The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast restaurant has a wide variety of dishes and tastes good. The front desk staff at different times are very polite. I always stay at Ramada Hotel when I go on a business trip. The fragrance in the corridor is nice. Huihui at the front desk will call back politely every time I check in. I will still choose Ramada Plaza Xinhua Hotel next time."

"Located in the prime location of Xinhua County, it is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, providing a one-stop experience for eating, drinking and having fun. The European classical crystal chandeliers and marble floors complement each other, and the Roman columns and art paintings create an elegant atmosphere, and any shot you take will be a blockbuster. The mattress is as soft as a cloud, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries have a high-quality scent. From the warm smiles at the front desk to the 24-hour room service, every detail is thoughtful. The breakfast buffet can be called a "food expo"! The restaurant environment is elegant, the waiters close the dishes promptly, and the dining experience is perfect."

"I think it's best to warn everyone to avoid these places: 1. The air conditioning is terrible. I left it on at 30 degrees Celsius all night, and when I woke up, the room felt exactly the same as before! 2. The Wi-Fi signal was full, but the speed was so slow I couldn't even load a picture on Toutiao (a Chinese news aggregator app), let alone watch videos. I had to use mobile data all night! 3. The sink was outside the bathroom, without any partition – this design is absurd! 4. The bathroom door had a 2cm gap, making it impossible to close! 5. The front desk service was seriously negligent! I arrived around 5 PM to check in, and there was no one at the front desk. I thought they would be back soon, but I waited for over 10 minutes with my 20-pound luggage before a staff member finally came over with dinner, without even an apology. Then, during check-in, they said I hadn't made a reservation, then they said I had canceled it. Luckily, this time I placed the order myself, not through a subordinate. Then they said the reservation wasn't made by me. After another 10 minutes of hassle, I finally found out she had received a message from Ctrip but forgot to complete the offline reservation process! I finally got to the room at 5:30. The only advantage was that it was relatively close to the client's site. In summary, it was not worth the price."

"The owner is so kind. He fetched us from the 新化南站 to the homestay. He also prepared our lunch for us. Recommend us the places. The room is clean and big! Nice view from the room. We stayed a night and next day also send us to the 新化南站. Very relaxing for this trip. Highly recommend to this homestay !"
