Hotels in Mojia Street/Daxin Street Night Market, Xining

I was incredibly impressed by the long-serving, elderly staff, whose courtesy, professionalism, and experience have clearly been the backbone of this hotel's success. However, my checkout experience was ruined by a young receptionist who conditioned a manager-approved complimentary gift on me providing a good review. Later, I was shocked to see this same staff member shouting unprofessionally across the lobby. While the core team is exceptional, the poor mannerisms of the new staff risk damaging the hotel's reputation.

The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, and the front desk staff are excellent! Plus, there's free parking and a good breakfast. The only downside is that with several hotels sharing the same elevators, there's often a long wait. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Highly recommended hotel! Firstly, the front desk staff were warm, efficient, and professional. Seeing that we had a child, they proactively upgraded our room based on availability, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, with relatively new facilities, air conditioning, and spacious, clean interiors. Thirdly, during peak delivery times when the robots were overwhelmed, the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout to the room. Their service-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests were impressive. Fourthly, the location is very convenient, making dining, entertainment, and shopping easily accessible. Overall, I personally think this is a hotel worth recommending to good friends.

I had originally booked another hotel, but two days before check-in, I found out it didn't have air conditioning. I promptly switched to this one. It turns out that even in Xining (the 'Summer Capital'), AC is still a must. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for public transport, with bus stops all around, making it easy to get to the main attractions in the city. There's even a park right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the mattress had just the right firmness, bottled water was generously provided, and there was even a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like beef noodles, rice noodles, blanched vegetables, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes because they had a good variety of vegetables. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Xining.

This is an older five-star hotel in Xining. I booked a high-floor deluxe twin room, trusting the old reputation of five-star hotels. Upon check-in, they gave us three boxes of specialty Qinghai yogurt. The room wasn't particularly spacious, and the facilities were quite standard, not really feeling up to a five-star rating. The mini-bar fridge was empty, and only tea bags and instant coffee were provided. There was bottled water on a table in the hallway, available to grab anytime, which is good since Xining is quite dry and you need to hydrate. The bathroom was a bit small, with a regular toilet and shower, and the shower pressure was a bit low. The hotel offers a variety of pillows, and the towels and bath towels in the room were very comfortable to use. The standout items at breakfast were the beef noodles and 'zhusheng' noodles.

This hotel is at the good location . There are bus stop which be very near with this hotel . The bedroom is very clean and very high quality ( 4 stars hotel , AAAA for me ) But the price is not expensive, I recommend everyone to stay here . Thank you for hotel staff . Everyone of hotel staff are helpful , polite and professional staff . I may come back to stay here again in the future if I have opportunities. Because I am very convenient and comfortable , so I am very happy to stay in this high quality hotel .

The hotel amenities are complete and well-designed, offering a great living experience. The entire place is spotlessly clean and fresh. Being right next to the airport shuttle stop makes getting around incredibly convenient. The staff provides warm, professional, and friendly service, showing great attention to detail. With its excellent location, pristine environment, and thoughtful service, this is a top choice for any trip.

The rooms are new and the facilities are good, but the hotel is a bit like a maze, and it's easy to get lost. The hotel service is excellent, with afternoon tea and late-night snacks, and the breakfast is also good. It makes us want to check for Meihau hotels first when we travel. The only downside is that there's no parking lot. Since the hotel is just across the street from Mojia Street, the night market is right downstairs! Other than the difficulty in finding a parking spot, there are no other flaws!

The room was spotless and very clean, with new facilities and a great wet/dry bathroom separation. The sink was a really nice touch! The location is excellent and super convenient, right in the heart of Xining, very close to Wangfujing Department Store. There are tons of great food options and shopping plazas nearby. What really stood out was the warm, attentive, and thorough service; they cleaned the room daily. Plus, the airport shuttle is right across the street, which was incredibly relaxing – no need to lug my suitcase around!

The soundproofing was also good, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. Any requests I had were promptly addressed with a quick phone call. The facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and clean bathrooms. It's incredibly good value for money. This will be my top choice when I visit this area again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!
