On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Loved the laundry room. You are able to check the availability of the dryer or washing machine from your room via the tv. And also washing/drying time of your load. The staff comes in often to check the machines and unloads the completed washing. The buffet breakfast spread was impressive and I loved the coffee machine there! Staff were friendly and attentive to your queries and needs. Overall I will come back to this hotel if I visit xining again

The room was fully equipped, elegantly furnished, and the service was impeccable. Plus, it was a suite with a sauna – absolutely perfect! I'll definitely stay at the Fuyin Hotel again.

This hotel is really worth the money! From check-in to check-out, I felt the meticulous care. First of all, the hotel is in a very convenient location with easy access to transportation. Secondly, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is extremely comfortable, which allows me to sleep until I wake up naturally. The breakfast is varied and delicious, satisfying my picky requirements for food. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous, making people feel at home. In addition, the hotel facilities are complete and advanced, whether it is the gym or the swimming pool, it can meet all kinds of needs. Overall, this is a pleasant and unforgettable stay.

Hilton's quality is consistently reliable. The rooms come standard with humidifiers, perfect for the dry高原 climate. There's 24-hour laundry (washer and dryer in one). Breakfast includes yak yogurt and ga mian pian (local noodles). It's super convenient for visiting Ta'er Monastery and Qinghai Lake. Located on a main thoroughfare in Chengdong District, parking is free and ample. Upon check-in, they offer hot ginger tea to help with altitude sickness. The bedding is soft and the soundproofing is excellent. It's a top choice for a rest stop on a road trip.

I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. A small, unexpected hiccup actually made this stay particularly memorable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time because this hotel is just so heartwarming, and the service is incredibly attentive. Aside from the view outside the window, just this detailed and thoughtful service alone left a great impression. It's excellent value for money and well worth staying.

The hotel isn't far from the train station; it's a convenient 10-15 minute taxi ride. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively offered toiletries for my child, and they efficiently sorted out an issue I had with my breakfast voucher. The room was clean, and there's a convenience store and a few restaurants downstairs. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd recommend it.

Friends with limited budgets highly recommend this! The location is super convenient, 2 minutes walk to the bus station, surrounded by food and convenience stores. Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy, the hot water is very powerful, and there is free high-speed Wi-Fi. The front desk service is warm and actively provides travel guides. The price is full, the student party and the poor travel party close their eyes

My stay at Meilan International Hotel exceeded my expectations this time. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and grand, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, with warm and polite service. The room was spotless, spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, stable hot water, and complete amenities. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the value for money is outstanding. I will definitely stay here again!
