The toiletries and water were of very poor quality, worse than a regular Jinjiang Inn. Breakfast was a low-budget version, mostly fried food, no noodles or eggs, yet they still charged me 28 yuan per person, when the cost was less than 10 yuan per meal. The hotel's location was terrible. Although Xinmin isn't big, this was on the edge of the city, about 2 kilometers from the city center. Eating and drinking nearby was extremely inconvenient, and the morning market was also a 2-kilometer walk away. The worst part was that the hotel was built right next to the road, incredibly noisy. There was a large square less than 20 meters across the street, where hundreds of people were partying every night until late, and you could hear everything from your room, no matter which direction it faced. I recommend Home Inn; at least it has convenient amenities nearby, with their supermarket next door. This hotel only had a small grocery store next door."
