"A family of three came to Xinyi for an annual meeting and were able to arrange a free room. However, they saw that the hotel was very old, so they wanted to change to a better hotel. I found this hotel very close to me on the platform. The price for a twin room is 345 yuan (Ctrip and ** have twin rooms). I went to the front desk and asked about the 395 yuan price and asked to see the room type of the twin room. I decided to book it on the platform. But I saw that there were no twin rooms anymore. (I didn’t see anyone booking a twin room when I was sitting in the lobby during this period.) Because I didn’t want to change places, I asked the front desk that there were twin rooms. I asked them why they closed the backstage, and there was A young girl told me to ask about the platform. I thought it was strange. As a Golden Diamond member, I travel everywhere for a year. Such little tricks would really happen in front of me. I didn't argue with them. The hotel's integrity is true. is a big problem. The children also liked this hotel after seeing it, so I could only book a double bed room for 337 yuan for one night. It was not worth the price and was cost-effective. Not high, but the hotel location is better. Hotels that play tricks and tricks should think about it. Don't always treat consumers as the boss. They should learn to be sincere and work hard on service to enhance the overall image of the hotel."
