The lobby environment is clean and tidy. The balcony of the room has a good mountain view. Wang Shuai at the front desk has good service. It is very convenient to climb the mountain. Go through the small door in the picture and you will find the mountain trailhead on the right hand side. You can reach the top in 30 minutes. The hotel decoration is not very new, but the space is large. It is suitable for hot spring bathing and mountain climbing.

My children took the high school entrance examination these days, and we booked a deluxe standard room for 3 days.
It is about an eight-minute drive from the test center. It is very convenient to eat and buy things around the hotel, and there is a Suguo supermarket community store next to it. After the first day of check-in, the sound of the square dance downstairs was a bit noisy. After explaining the situation to the hotel front desk, the front desk manager was very enthusiastic to help us upgrade to the executive suite that is not facing the street! Really touched ♥ The breakfast is also very rich, and the little friend is very satisfied 🌷 The uncle in the hall also wished my little friend a successful exam! The service is really attentive! This time I took my old father out to travel. The hotel facilities were very good, and the lobby and elevator entrance were very beautiful. Health is also very clean. The service was lacking. The hotel is relatively new, the room decoration is very good, the hygiene is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is quite satisfactory. Since I was traveling on May Day, the hotel prices in Yangzhou city center were a bit outrageous. I chose this hotel about 13 kilometers away from the scenic spot, and the price/performance ratio was still very high. And it is a relatively new five-star hotel, which is much more comfortable than hotels in the city center, not to mention that many hotels in the city center are not even five-star. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in Metropark during the Qingming holiday. This morning, my husband’s mobile phone was missing. At this time, the car had already driven to Jingjiang and found out. The key was that I didn’t know where the mobile phone was lost. I was holding a glimmer of hope and quickly called the lost mobile phone. A sweet female voice, ”I am the front desk of Metropark, your mobile phone left in the room”, a car's heart finally put down. The front desk lady was very responsible for adding WeChat, and the mobile phone was courier to Shanghai home the next morning. Now there is no mobile phone inch, it is difficult to walk, it is a blessing, praise the hotel's efficient service. Hotel room facilities are relatively new, sanitary cleaning is also good, bedding is comfortable, pure water and paper towels are supplied every day, except for the location is a bit biased, not in the city, others are very good, it is recommended. Check in at the hotel front desk, go upstairs and scan your face to open the door, and the curtains will open automatically when you enter the door. Xiaodu Xiaodu wakeup can only turn on and off the lights, etc. At night, when I order takeout, a small robot will deliver it to the door and tell me to pick it up. For me, I really like this kind of unmanned accommodation experience throughout the whole process. The hygiene is relatively good. The sheets and pillowcases are not mottled. At first glance, they are all white and stain-free. There is no peculiar smell on the body, and the children are not allergic. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is average. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. Overall, the front desk gave the children a lacquer fan when I checked in on May 1st, but since we came to Yangzhou, the children still made two by themselves.

The hand sanitizer and shower gel in the room are too laborious. You can hardly operate it with one hand. You have to squeeze hard. MMurray FamilyDuring our recent trip to Yangzhou, we had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. This hotel's close proximity to the railway station made it an ideal choice for us, as we wanted a convenient and comfortable stay.
Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who kindly offered to assist us with our luggage. This small gesture set the tone for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff members at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
To our delight, our two children were surprised with adorable teddy bears as welcome gifts. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that instantly made them feel special. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle.
Speaking of the room, it was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. The room was equipped with a variety of drinks and plenty of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones.
Throughout our time at the Ramada Encore, what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff members. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a positive impact on our experience.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. The hotel's convenient location, coupled with the friendly staff and comfortable room, made it a standout choice for us. Without a doubt, we would eagerly choose to stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Yangzhou.

The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The guest rooms are not large, but they are full of technology, with fully automatic smart toilets and Xiaodu voice-controlled butlers, providing all-round services for guests. The massage pool in the courtyard can be filled with hot springs every day. I drink tea and soak in hot springs, and live like a fairy. The warm and thoughtful service of the hotel waiters satisfied us.

Journey to train station is ＜30mins. Strongly advise to leave hotel at least 1.5hrs in advance. We missed the train 😪 as the didi was stuck in traffic for ＞30mins. Hote manager was very nice, activated the staff to drive us but still not able to catch the train. Anyway, thanks to them for been so thoughtful, going extra miles to help

JJojo4The service was outstandingly good, the staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us yogurt and other replenishments each day of our stay. Room was very big and clean, and in the bathroom there is a Dyson hair dryer that dries hair at the speed of light. The view outside the hotel is also amazing.
Very convenient location, 10ish minutes away taxi ride from 瘦西湖 and 大明寺. There is also a nice cafe with a selection of Chinese bakery right next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant and some other stuff that we didn’t get to see(including a hot spring, which we were given free tickets to).
Would definitely choose this hote when we visit Yangzhou again, 10/10 experience.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

JJateyThere was one guy that spoke English with glasses he was super nice he really made us feel good. The rooms are super great with a nice bathtub and mini bar! The restaurant was so good western buffet breakfast and dinner I really loved the buffet it’s the best part of the hotel! The pool area is good to chill the life guard was super handsome and sweet to us! The only part that was disappointing is the young girl working at the info desk at the gym and pool area she was so rude and she just gave me a very dirty look every time I went to the gym there was another girl working there at spoke a little English with glasses that was really nice towards us!! Otherwise it’s a really nice hotel I was super happy most of the time! FYI if you arrive late at the hotel check in might take long if your a foreigner..

GGuest UserThe owner is very nice. We drove there. He called in advance to tell the parking lot location. He went to pick him up in person. He also introduced the place to eat in the evening. It has special Yangzhou characteristics and the price is reasonable. The hotel is right next to Dongguan Street. Shopping and eating are really convenient. . I went to the Slender West Lake and Geyuan in Yangzhou, and then went to Wuxi for a trip. It was a great value trip.
