Located in a pine forest, with squirrels darting about, and a beautiful meadow right behind the cabin, the scenery was stunning. We had hot pot and barbecue; the ingredients were fresh, the prices were reasonable, and the owner was very kind, attentive, generous, and helpful. We'll definitely come back next time."

Because we were very interested in the exhibits at the guesthouse culture museum, the owner also introduced us to Yu County's paper-cutting culture and the origins of guesthouses during our conversations. It was a very pleasant stay. This time we stayed in a [detached courtyard house facing north]. The room wasn't big, but it had its own small courtyard, which was very nice. The house and surrounding area were quite clean, and the Arrow brand bathroom fixtures were relatively new. Breakfast included a special sesame flatbread; the fried meat, if cooked a little longer, was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which was also quite good. "Stayed at the Xiquan Classical Homestay in Nuanquan Ancient Town! The courtyard is charming and historic, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with top-notch appliances and bedding. There's an elevator, so it's easy for seniors to go up and down. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. From the third-floor viewing platform, you get a panoramic view of Nuanquan Ancient Town. We happened to be there for the Mid-Autumn Festival on August 15th, and the owner even prepared mooncakes and shared stories about the traditional local mooncake-making culture. We enjoyed the moon in the ancient courtyard, savored mooncakes, listened to stories, and even had a karaoke session together. It was an unforgettable Mid-Autumn Festival. I highly recommend staying here on your next visit."
