優點:安靜，乾淨，床舒適，床上用品較新衞生。美女老闆服務熱情，有求必應。缺點:1、房間裏沒有空調，這點與賓館描述不符。2、房間不隔音隔壁鼾聲説話聲都能聽見。3、最值得改進的是衞生間，地漏安裝較高，水不往地漏處流走，而是在地上形成一大水團，出衞生間帶出許多水，導致整個房間全是水。下水道時不時冒出難聞的味道，隔壁解便味道也會串過來，只有一整晚開着換氣扇，好得換氣扇噪音不大。4、窗簾不是遮光布，只有一層白色透光紗布窗簾，早上五點多窗外光線就照進房間，以為是8、9點了，立刻沒有了睡意，衹好起來。
