位置不錯 服務：很好

自由行中更換過酒店，來張家界之前是在東門附近的那排商業街住，一言難盡。名字不多説了，地毯又黑又油，馬上更換到錦華。離東門就兩個十字路口處，步行20來分鐘就到。錦華鬧中有靜，衞生不錯，環境安靜。下樓就是超市，早餐廳。今晚入住鳳凰古城的某酒店花灑的水流比沱江的水還急，水管不順衞生間積水，氣的來給錦華評價。錦華是這一個星期中入住各方面都滿意的。

Good location, close to the bus station, convenient parking, there are restaurants and breakfast downstairs, the room facilities are old, the soundproofing is not good, the sound of the TV next door can be clearly heard

The price/performance ratio is not very good

When I booked the hotel, I saw the picture showed a balcony, but when I got there, there was no balcony. I booked it for someone else, so I called the front desk and they said the picture showed two rooms, which was a bit like selling dog meat under the guise of sheep. The front desk directly said that I would refund it. Others were dragging a lot of luggage late at night and asked them to check out. I reluctantly stayed and moved to another hotel the next day. His hotel is very old and too old. The attitude of the front desk is not good. I will never go back. I stayed in this hotel in 2019. It has a balcony and it is a suite. It was only 200 yuan. I also stayed for 3 consecutive days in September. I wanted to come here for nostalgia, but I didn’t expect this kind of service
