Zhangjiajie Hotels with Airport pickup service

Convenient location, very near to cableway which makes it very preferable to stay at this place. Worth the price, and really helpful staff. It is situated at walking distance from the cableway so when you return back from tianmen mountain, it is very helpful and relaxing to have your hotel just next to the cableway station. And restaurants are very nearby, walkable distance for everything. Also, very close to 72 storey building.

Location is perfect because it is opposite the Tianmen Mountain Cableway entrance. Got upgraded to a family room and the room is specious and big for 3 of us. Hotel comes with laundry and dryer machine which you can use for free. Front desk staff were helpful in guiding us on how to go about hiking our attraction. The only bad thing is the soundproof is not too good. Our room did not face the main street but we could hear all the tour buses Horning in the morning at 7am. Overall, I would still recommend this place.

Really great hotel! It’s a little bit difficult to find by yourself, because to enter die hotel you have to go through a store that looks like a travel agency, go to the elevator and press “13”. It’s a little bit confusing if you can’t read Chinese signs but the staff of the agency was really helpful and I was able to find it. The hotel room itself is really great, new design and very clean, it has everything that you can imagine. The hotel is right behind the railway station for Tianmen mountain, so it is a perfect location for visiting it. The friendly staff of the hotel even prepared some little gifts for me (it was mooncake festival time). If I will ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely book again! 😊

In conclusion, it was a very nice hotel. The hotel is very clean and you can do laundry. And most importantly, the Housekeeper（xiohai） was extremely helpful. I did not speak Chinese, but the hotel staff helped me book tickets to Tianmenshan on my behalf and showed me how to see the sights. The hotel also called me a free cab from the hotel to Tianmenshan, which I consider the best place to go to Tianmenshan. Tianmenshan is a very nice place and worth visiting at least once in your lifetime. We recently enjoyed a fantastic one-week stay at the Harmona Spa and Resort in Zhangjiajie, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with logistics, arranging everything from tickets to transportation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The 24/7 attention was impeccable, and the beautiful location and facilities added to the charm of the resort, we got a feeling of Avatar 2.0 One highlight was the great variety offered at breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. Both of the resort’s restaurants served excellent food, adding to our overall dining pleasure. A special mention goes to the staff members who made our stay exceptional: Johnny and Shan received us warmly on the night we arrived, Cherry and Monica, who not only provided excellent service but also entertained us with their beautiful singing and fun personalities; Pink, who was incredibly helpful, proactive in planning our activities, and quick to resolve any issues T hank you to Mao Mengfan, who hosted us with an amazing barbecue at Flower Valley, Luna from the Chinese restaurant, who provided amazing service; Nikki and Fenfen from the front desk, who were always welcoming and efficient; and Josie from the bar, who made our karaoke night unforgettable with creative cocktails. Lastly, big thank you to Mr. Li who took great care of our luggage, ensuring it reached the airport when we couldn't return from Tianmen Mountain in time. Very good customer service. Hotel is clean. Staff is all good and helpful overall. They can advise and help us plan/buy tickets online, booked Didi for you if you need or help to order Food Delivery. Breakfast is standard Chinese food. Ok for us even eat the same things for 3 days! Location wise is really near East Gate. We walk 2 ways for first day when visit National Park. Cross over the small river. This area is more to tourist, so don’t buy any fruits nearby from those hawker cos pricey. We walk all the way the food streets. Ok to stroll around. Massage next to Hotel is normal. Not that I looking for.

AMAZING STAY!! Our front desk guys was the best host ever. He gave us so good advice on what to do with our time in Zhangijaije, guided us to the nicest restaurants and bought our all of our tickets which we could not do in Chinese. The rooms are quite spacious and the exterior is very pretty. Would definitely go there again.

Our stay at Foggy Valley Inn was magical! Huo and his family made us feel so much at home and were generous with their time and help! Not only is the hotel thoughtfully decorated to take in the views of the mountains, but the surrounding property had little trails that our kids were able to go on and explore the small waterfall and bamboo forest. Huo especially was helpful in helping us make arrangements for shows, shopping and guides to all the major sites in the area - and was always ready to drive us to anywhere we wanted to go. A truly memorable experience!

Strategic location, overlooking Tianmen Shan Cable Car and with lots of food outlets n convenience stores. Clean rooms (booked 2 rooms) and thanks to wonderful people like Mr Zhang (Manager), Mr Hua, Ms Qian and Ms Ya who provided detailed information on tourist sites, favourite food spots and transportation. Excellent and friendly staff!!! Made our stay, comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely, would provide strong recommendations to stay in this hotel....
