The brand hotel is perfect in all aspects, check-in is smooth and convenient, the hotel has free parking, and Fan Yongting at the front desk is beautiful and enthusiastic, with considerate service. He booked four rooms and arranged them on the same floor for us. The whole family was satisfied with their stay, which added a wonderful feeling to this Zhangjiajie trip.

There is a clothes hanging area, washing machine, etc. When I checked out, I didn't take my things. I contacted the hotel owner and he quickly helped me express it back. If I am an extension traveler, I must go to the front desk to swipe my card again the next day. There are a lot of places to eat opposite the hotel or just turn right when you go out and go straight. The food is good but the price is a bit expensive.

酒店應該是新裝修好，下電梯進過道後還有股甲醛味。喜歡這個門牌燈💕因為才弄好，設施還不是很完善，餐廳還沒弄好，不過一入住就送了小禮物有麪包和茶葉～房間很乾凈，設施還很新，漱口杯擦的賊亮堂，馬桶是智能的～帶有洗衣房，洗完後可以直接烘乾，對出門旅行的人來説真的很贊😎

After the rain, Tianmen Mountain is shrouded in clouds and mist. Zhangjiajie is indeed beautiful. This store is in an urban area with a strategic location. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. The service is also good, and any problems can be solved in time. Parking is convenient and free of charge.

The service was good except the fact that no receptionist spoke english. I had to get the help of another customer, which is kind of lame for a 5 star hotel. The room was very good, clean and the bed was perfect. I was sad enough there wasn't any VPN, which is really inconvenient when you come from Europe because you may not have WeChat, so all the websites you're used to use are unavailable there. The vocal assistant didn't seem to understand english, no instructions were presents in the room to help. I couldn't assist the Tianmen Fox Fairy show -the main reason I booked this hotel and room- because I had to ask ”at least a day before”... very convenient when you stay for a night only... The food was good.

The location is perfect for Tianmen Mountain and is very well served by taxis for the other nearby attractions. The staff is nice, some of them can speak English but all of them are effective using the translator. Our double room at 4th floor was not big but clean and big enough for three people. Beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning can be turned but you can't switch off the fan that is a bit bothering. The bathroom is wide with powerful shower. Bottled water is provided every day in the room. There is a laundry self service for free with washing machines and dryers. One person at the front desk granted our daughter with an extra voucher to use at breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast is Chinese style and we could enjoy only a very limited selection of items based on our taste, while other guests apparently were satisfied.

Convenient location, very near to cableway which makes it very preferable to stay at this place. Worth the price, and really helpful staff. It is situated at walking distance from the cableway so when you return back from tianmen mountain, it is very helpful and relaxing to have your hotel just next to the cableway station. And restaurants are very nearby, walkable distance for everything. Also, very close to 72 storey building.

I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and pristine cleanliness here! The room is impeccably clean, and the toiletries provided are of top-notch quality. Our experience at the laundry room was fantastic. Not only were detergents provided for free, but the cleaner also went above and beyond to help us clean and dry our clothes. And the thoughtful gesture of receiving our clothes along with a night snack when we returned from our travels truly warmed our hearts. With its convenient location just 5 minutes away from the cable car station, it's undeniable that this is the perfect place to stay.
