市中心酒店很新，家庭房有天然温泉可以選擇玫瑰中葯茶泡澡 累了一天，跑一下熱水鹹水澡很舒服出去一天的疲憊。早餐很豐富的自助餐，乾淨衞生。

房間很好！越來越人性化了:有提供泡池一次性的袋子，温泉葯包，非常滿意！
但是入住不夠人性化:
1.我預訂了倆間房，提前幾天預訂的三百三一間，結果現去開才280一間，請問攜程你怎麼看？尊重你了嘛？
2.我們一起的分開到的，前後辦理的入住，我們的原因沒有溝通好，造成去了多開了一間房，我最後去的，去她們房間打了個招呼，都沒有進新開的房間就發現了，下去前台説退一間房，前台就以預訂的沒有辦法退為由和我搬纏了幾分鐘，最後我説那我退現開的總可以吧？哪有沒入住還不能退的了？前台經理才去操作電腦，隨即就告訴我晚了兩分鐘，開房超半小時了系統已經過賬了，不能退了！説我要是早兩分鐘來都可以退。請問兩分鐘前你是不以各種理由説不能退了？那為什麼不能我一下來就先操作試試？有點兒強賣一間房的感覺吧？所以很不滿意
