有單獨的電梯上去，雖然房間裏是內窗，但不憋悶。房間寬敞乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離。靠近衞生間的床還是會聞到下水道的味道，這好像是很多酒店的通病。停車方便。

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to where we planned to visit on daily basis. The lobby is nice and bathroom is nice with new/clean towels and renovated with marble stone. The room has enough space but tv set could have been bigger in contrast to the wall space. The Chinese breakfast buffet is bountiful with a few daily local flavors. The room service staff are friendly but probably need more professional training. Although it is advertised as smoke free for some rooms, all rooms are not smoke free. At checkout, the receptionist was very receptive with my feedback. Hope there will be some improvements in the near future and we will stay in this hotel again on our next trip.

The room is very clean and tidy, with disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, dental appliances, combs and hair dryers. The restaurant on the second floor has free coffee and biscuits refreshments. The noodles at the Zhangzhou Lu Noodle Shop on Xiuwen East Road downstairs are delicious, and there is a sand tea noodles on the east side. The main entrance of the homestay is on Yan'an Road, a restaurant that is a long way to the north. The homestay is across the road from the Zhangzhou Confucian Temple. On the top floor terrace of the homestay, you can overlook the panoramic view of the Confucian Temple, including the Dianchi Lake at the door. The day and night view are good. Entering and leaving the ancient city, going south to the southwest gate about 400 meters, and going north to the north gate closer, it is very convenient. The front desk and cleaning staff are very polite, and the front desk girl will also introduce the food varieties and better restaurants in the ancient city. There is a door on the first floor. It is very safe for guests to swipe their room card to open the door and go upstairs. There is a large hand-painted map of the ancient city on the wall of the gate, and the attractions are unobstructed. In a simple summary, this is a five-star homestay, and the service and location are worthy of its price.

The hotel is strategically located in the ancient city, the location is more prosperous, the old street view in the ancient city, the slow pace of life is too comfortable, and the lively of the small city is not lost. A B&B in the ancient city, the decoration is very unique. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Not only did she patiently guide me the parking route, she also drove a classic sightseeing car waiting for us at the gate of the parking lot after parking the car. The service was very attentive throughout the process, and she also helped deliver my luggage to my room. It was really hard work. Little sister. In the courtyard downstairs, a tea-making set by the fire was given as a gift, which was a really nice experience. Recommended

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

This is a piece of my experience of staying at 365, sent out for reference, this hotel is amazing! From check-in to departure, every staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, close to the scenic spot, the hotel is very clean, there are many leisure and entertainment facilities around, the business is also very good, many rooms are full on the day of check-in. Parking is very convenient, family travel, or like to stay in a hotel. The facilities in the room are very intelligent and convenient to use. I heard that they are all big names. The location of the hotel is also very good. As soon as you enter the door, you can immediately relax and enter the decoration of the holiday mode. It is my favorite style. The hardware is relatively new. The overall feeling is good. I have recommended it to my friends. The house is fully equipped and there are several supermarkets around to buy fruit yogurt. The transportation is very convenient. You can walk to a lot of fun places with the hotel as the center. Although it is very quiet in the city center, especially the bathroom. It is very clean and tidy. The hotel is convenient and fast, and the facilities are perfect. It is to receive a more messy tour hall, always bustling, but the room allocated at the front desk is far away from them, and it is very quiet upstairs. The room was very satisfied, climbing Yundongyan's tired body took a bath to relieve fatigue! , I have the opportunity to stay here next time. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for other travelers!

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel on a business trip this time. It is also convenient for travel and there are many places to visit around, close to Wanda and Bihu Park. Jake at the front desk enthusiastically helped arrange the room. I am very satisfied with it. If I come to Zhangzhou again next time, I will stay here again.
