I was hesitant and didn’t know the distribution of hotel room types. I asked customer service online. The customer service responded quickly and helped us move to a higher floor. When I checked in, there were many people queuing up at the front desk. The waiter handled the check-in quickly and patiently. The room arranged was also very good, very quiet, large, and clean. There is a small refrigerator in the room that can be used, and a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel provides disposable bathtub covers. You can just call the waiter to get it, and you can also send things. Soon, the waiter who delivered the things was also very polite. Since there were two of us staying, he ordered 2 more bottles of mineral water, which were also free. When we came back in the evening, the waiter had already helped us tidy up the room and brought cookies and milk, which was very considerate. There are also many types of breakfast, including the Minnan noodle paste, which is hot and delicious. Both Chinese and Western breakfast are available. It is particularly worth mentioning that staying in this hotel feels very safe. We carelessly forgot to lock the car when parking. The front desk called us in the evening and said that the hotel security patrol found that we did not lock the car and reminded us to go and lock it. . I will stay here next time! ! !

I had a good experience staying at this hotel on a business trip this time. It is also convenient for travel and there are many places to visit around, close to Wanda and Bihu Park. Jake at the front desk enthusiastically helped arrange the room. I am very satisfied with it. If I come to Zhangzhou again next time, I will stay here again.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The room was clean and tidy and the stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, very active and enthusiastic. Recommended personally feel that the price is quite high. The price is not expensive, the accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than the same price of the hotel, the service attitude is standardized, it is recommended, the rooms are very cost-effective, equipped with all-round voice voice control, to truly complete the liberation of the hands, although it is a little row at the beginning of the stairs. But after the accommodation experience, the room environment and the overall service attitude really made me feel great. The main room was very clean. The service desk was warm and friendly. The location is in the busy night area of the city. You won't get bored because it is sorrounded by sports shops, botiques, spas, restaurants and street market. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They gave us a bonus because the room we booked was without windows. But when we got there, they gave us a room with not only wide windows but with a view of the vibrant street outside. The room was new and spacious. The toilet and shower were clean. The beds were big and comfortable. My family and I had a good rest. The price was worth it. We would definitely book again next time.

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

The room is very clean and tidy, with disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, dental appliances, combs and hair dryers. The restaurant on the second floor has free coffee and biscuits refreshments. The noodles at the Zhangzhou Lu Noodle Shop on Xiuwen East Road downstairs are delicious, and there is a sand tea noodles on the east side. The main entrance of the homestay is on Yan'an Road, a restaurant that is a long way to the north. The homestay is across the road from the Zhangzhou Confucian Temple. On the top floor terrace of the homestay, you can overlook the panoramic view of the Confucian Temple, including the Dianchi Lake at the door. The day and night view are good. Entering and leaving the ancient city, going south to the southwest gate about 400 meters, and going north to the north gate closer, it is very convenient. The front desk and cleaning staff are very polite, and the front desk girl will also introduce the food varieties and better restaurants in the ancient city. There is a door on the first floor. It is very safe for guests to swipe their room card to open the door and go upstairs. There is a large hand-painted map of the ancient city on the wall of the gate, and the attractions are unobstructed. In a simple summary, this is a five-star homestay, and the service and location are worthy of its price.

Zhangzhou Xiangjiang Hotel is in a prime location, very close to the ancient city, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city every day. The hotel was completed only last year, with five-star facilities, large rooms, comfortable bedding, no odor, quiet rooms, low room rates, and high cost performance. There are all kinds of food near the hotel and the ancient city, such as Afen braised noodles across the road from the hotel, Zhenzhoudao, Chen Donghua tofu pudding, Yuanquan Songyue shengtang, Pianzaihuang sugarcane juice outside the Confucius Temple, Sun's glutinous rice cake on Qingnian Road, pine dried noodles, Xiaohong four-fruit soup, etc. There are so many delicious foods that I feel that ten stomachs are not enough. Next time I come to Zhangzhou, I will choose Xiangjiang Hotel again.
