My child broke their leg at the playground, and the hotel was irresponsible, blaming us for the accident. The staff member who helped us move our luggage for the second room change was visibly annoyed and reluctant. Within 10 minutes in the lobby, two groups of guests were complaining. The hotel management is chaotic and can't handle a large number of guests."
