We stayed for two days, and stayed until the afternoon on the second day. The towels and bath towels in the room were changed only after we were reminded, and the toiletries were not updated or cleaned. 3. The hot spring pool in the room needed to be filled with water, and it took more than an hour for someone to come and fill the water, which was very slow. 4.
