1.設施陳舊；2.衞生非常非常差，桌面很多地方灰塵很多；3.被套潮濕且有明顯污漬；4.服務態度差，因為被套潮濕且有污漬，聯繫後服務員態度非常差，沒有一點歉意的意思，一直強調她們每天都換，潮濕和污漬她們沒有辦法不可避免，且多次説別人旅遊都自行帶床上用品和洗滌用品。（最終在強烈要求下換了被套）
